Welcome to MeloSync Consulting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the engagement of our professional coaching and consulting services. By accessing our platform or booking a session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which are orchestrated to ensure a professional and transparent relationship.

2. Professional Services

MeloSync Consulting provides music-themed leadership coaching, creative consulting, and team development workshops. Our methodology is based on the principles of musical harmony and collaborative performance applied to corporate structures. Please note that while our coaches provide expert guidance, the outcome of the consulting depends on client engagement and implementation.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during workshops, including rhythmic layout patterns, musical notation metaphors, and proprietary coaching frameworks, remain the intellectual property of MeloSync Consulting. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for internal team development purposes only.

4. Engagement and Cancellations

Appointments for leadership coaching and workshops must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance to ensure proper orchestration. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a performance fee. We value the "rest" periods in our schedule as much as the content, allowing our consultants to deliver peak quality.
